Budweiser, Boston Beer Company Sign on for Division Sponsorships

Thompson, CT – Officials from the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) have announced the addition of several big sponsors for the 58th Annual World Series of Speedway Racing on October 9-11 at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. Sunoco, Budweiser, and the Boston Beer Company are partnering with event promoters Cris Michaud and Tom Mayberry to help support the three-day racing festival.

Thompson, CT — Track and series officials have announced the schedule of events for the 58th World Series of Speedway Racing at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. The annual auto racing festival once again has three days of racing from Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 11 with 18 divisions on the program.

Loudon, NH — Dover, NH’s Wayne Helliwell Jr. reigned supreme at Loudon’s New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) on Saturday, September 12 by taking the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Full Throttle 75. Helliwell took the lead for good from Newmarket, NH’s Bryan Kruczek on lap 42 and crushed the competition down the stretch in his familiar orange #27NH to earn the 14th point-counting win of his ACT Late Model Tour career.

The defending ACT Rookie of the Year earned the first starting spot in Friday’s qualifying round for the Full Throttle 75 at “The Magic Mile” on Saturday, September 12.
