The year 2022 is almost here — but there’s still time to look back on our favorite races of 2021! The ACT Late Model Tour is known for making nearly every event one worth talking about. Still, there are some that people will remember for years. Here are the picks from our staff for the five most memorable events of the 30th ACT Late Model Tour season. Barre, VT — American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials have announced the division line-up for the 2nd Annual Northeast Classic at Loudon’s New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) on Saturday, April 16. Seven of the top series and open competition classes in the region will do battle on the “Magic Mile”.

Barre, VT — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) announced today that it has completed the move of its main offices to Barre, VT. It is the first time that ACT has moved to a new headquarters since the organization’s founding in 1986.

All ACT day-to-day operations and administrative work will now be conducted at 105 North Main Street, Suite 208 in Barre. The office is on the second floor of the building. Prior to the move, the ACT offices had been located on Stowe Street in Waterbury, VT.

Waterbury, VT — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) has released the 2022 ACT Late Model Tour schedule. The series will once again hold 12 point-counting events throughout the Northeastern United States and Quebec with eight different tracks on the schedule.

Waterbury, VT & North Woodstock, NH — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) has announced an agreement with Milton CAT for them to sponsor the Midsummer Classic 250 at North Woodstock, NH’s White Mountain Motorsports Park. The equipment and power systems dealer will present the fifth edition of the $10,000-to-win ACT Late Model Tour event on July 30, 2022.

Waterbury, VT — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) has distributed nearly $140,000 worth of season-ending awards to cap the 2021 racing season. This includes awards from the ACT Late Model Tour, Thunder Road Speedbowl, White Mountain Motorsports Park (WMMP), and the New England Late Model Challenge Cup.

0.043 seconds — The margin of victory for Ben Rowe over D.J. Shaw in the Haunted Hundred at Seekonk Speedway, which also decided the ACT championship. It was the smallest margin of victory in an ACT race this season.

1 — Brooks Clark was the only driver with a perfect record on the ACT Late Model Tour this year. He started two events (the Thunder Road visits) and won both.

2 — Ben Rowe has now won the ACT season finale two straight years.
