Barre, VT — The American-Canadian Tour received two new additions to the 2024 roster on Monday with two Bay Staters looking to tackle the ACT Rookie of the Year title fight this season. After establishing one of the first controlled spec-shock programs for asphalt racing in 2004, ACT brought QA1 Shocks on board to give teams a second option in manufacturers alongside Koni Shocks that has only strengthened the successful cost cutting and competition boosting program.

Shelburne, Vermont’s Kaiden Fisher and St. Johnsbury’s Kasey Beattie have both filed their full season entries and rookie registrations for the upcoming season on the international circuit with both looking to use experience gained at two of the Tour’s most popular tracks to their advantage.

Barre, VT — After talks at the end of 2023, American-Canadian Tour officials announced today that longtime operator of the Inside Groove, Nick Mumley, has joined the sanctioning body in a media contributor capacity to continue a multi-year plan of growing coverage for ACT and its sanctioned tracks, including Thunder Road International Speedbowl, White Mountain Motorsports Park and its co-sanctioned efforts with the Pro All Stars Series at Thompson Speedway.

Since purchasing the American-Canadian Tour at the end of the 2017 season, Cris Michaud and Pat Malone have worked diligently over the past six seasons to finalize one goal above all others: building up event purses and rewarding the racers. Now, that time has come. ACT Officials announced today that starting in 2024 all American-Canadian Tour purses will be at least $5,000 to win and $500 to start.

Barre, VT — The State of Maine is looking to regain the upper hand once again in the fight for the American-Canadian Tour championship. Following the Northeast Racing Expo in Augusta, it was announced Monday that the combined efforts of longtime ACT campaigner Rowland Robinson, Jr. and 2021 ACT Tour Champion Ben Rowe will be behind the wheel of the Rowland Robinson, Sr.-owned Ford Mustang for the 2024 season.
