Milk Bowl to Be Streamed Live on Speed51.com Pay-Per-View

The “Toughest Short Track Race in North America” will be available to a worldwide audience once again in 2018. Speed51.com and Thunder Road International Speedbowl officials announced Wednesday that the 56th Vermont Milk Bowl Weekend will be streamed live via a pay-per-view broadcast on Speed51.com.

With one of the biggest Milk Bowl weekends ever on the horizon, a live pay-per-view broadcast will be offered for all three days of racing at the “Nation’s Site of Excitement” beginning on Friday, September 28 and ending with the 56th Vermont Milk Bowl on Sunday, September 30.

“As we continue to work towards making the Milk Bowl a signature event for race fans nationwide, we’re pleased to work with Speed51.com to showcase the Milk Bowl to a national audience,” Thunder Road Managing Partner Cris Michaud said.  “There’s nothing like being here for the pomp and circumstance involved with the Milk Bowl, but we’re happy to be able to offer a great alternative to those unable to travel to Vermont for the event.”

The action will begin on Friday, September 28 when the fastest full-bodied cars in the Northeast, the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models, tackle the high-banks for 150 laps of racing.  They will be joined by the North East Mini Stock Tour and the V8 Street Stock Showdown Series.

On Saturday, September 29 the spotlight will shift to the American-Canadian Tour Late Models as qualifying begins for the Milk Bowl.  Race fans will be able to tune in live on Speed51.com as the first 22 starting spots are set during time trials and 50-lap qualifying races.

The Flying Tigers, Street Stocks and New England Dwarf Cars join the Late Models on the Saturday schedule. All three divisions will run the first segment of their two-segment Mini Milk Bowls.

All of this leads into one of the most exciting and unique days in motorsports, the 56th Vermont Milk Bowl on Sunday, September 30.  Many of the best drivers from the Northeast and Canada will be in competition for three action-packed segments with the goal of kissing the cow and capturing a $10,000+ check at the end of the day.

All three 50-lap segments for the Late Models, as well as the Late Model last chance race will be streamed live on Speed51.com.  The second segments for the Flying Tigers, Street Stocks and Dwarf Cars will also be featured on the Sunday broadcast.

Individual pay-per-view tickets will be available for all three days; however, three-day tickets to watch all of the action can be purchased at a discounted price of $49.99 (a savings of $10).

Live video tickets to watch Friday’s PASS North 150 are available for $19.99, while Saturday’s qualifying rounds can be viewed for $9.99. Sunday’s 56th Vermont Milk Bowl can be purchased separately for $29.99.
