Barre, VT — The international American-Canadian Tour returns to their favorite New Hampshire stomping grounds at White Mountain Motorsports Park to take on the longest and richest event of the season at the popular North Woodstock oval. Saturday, August 3 brings the 7th annual Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 to the White Mountain highbanks with a $10,000 prize waiting in victory lane with one of the Northeast’s newest marquee events that is once again ready to make history!

Center Conway, New Hampshire’s Gabe Brown continues to lead the point standings after the halfway point of the 13-race season. Brown remains winless on the American-Canadian Tour so far this season, but that hasn’t stopped him from collecting five podium finishes this season. Brown has also been successful in spending his free time at White Mountain, taking two Wall’s Ford Platinum Series 100-lappers at the track this season and standing atop the Series standings! The talent and the set-up is there, it’ll be up to the strategy of his Matt Morrill-led team to make the 250-lap distance on Saturday.

Still knocking on the door is Kulwicki Driver Development Program (KDDP) finalist Derek Gluchacki. The Dartmouth, Massachusetts driver is currently second overall but looks to return to the top of the charts to the tune of $10,000 with the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 win! Joining Gluchacki in hunting down their first ACT win at White Mountain is fellow Bay Stater Jeremy Sorel. The rookie out of Westfield has growing confidence behind the wheel in ACT competition and had a pair of great runs at the New Hampshire oval just two weeks ago.

Speaking of rookies, White Mountain Motorsports Park is Kasey Beattie territory. The 20-year-old from St. Johnsbury, Vermont dominated the second-half of 2023 to claim the King of the Mountain track championship before jumping aboard the ACT Tour in 2024. After taking the Spring Green to kick-off the month of June at Seekonk Speedway, Beattie would love nothing more than to steal away the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 and join Jesse Switser as home-grown ACT winners at White Mountain!

Plenty of drivers have taken the opportunity to visit White Mountain on off-weekends to dial their rides in for the extra-distance Milton CAT affair. Top touring drivers Kaiden Fisher, Erick Sands, Patrick Laperle, Jimmy Renfrew Jr. and Jeremy Davis are among those who have collected weekly points at White Mountain in part-time competition this season in preparation for Saturday’s 250. Meanwhile, former ACT champions D.J. Shaw, Jimmy Hebert and Joey Polewarczyk, former ACT winners Tom Carey III, Alexander ‘Fireball’ Tardif, Scott Dragon, Claude Leclerc, Raphael Lessard, Jason Corliss and defending Milton CAT 250 victor Jesse Switser are just a few of those expected to make a run at the $10,000 winner’s share this Saturday!

The American-Canadian Tour returns to championship action on Saturday, August 3 for the $10,000 to win Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 at White Mountain Motorsports Park. An international roster of ACT stars are ready to invade New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track on Saturday in an effort to win the Northeast’s newest marquee event! Pit Gates open for American-Canadian Tour teams at 11:00am with practice starting at 2:00pm. Grandstands open at 1:45pm with adult general admission on sale for $30, kids 12-6 for $10 and kids 5 and under free! The Family Four Pack (Two Adults, Two Kids) will also be available for $70.
