The $10,000-to-win Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 has been marked on many a calendar since last November’s ACT schedule release and the teams proved it on Saturday.

Saturday, August 3 brings the 7th annual Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 to the White Mountain highbanks with a $10,000 prize waiting in victory lane with one of the Northeast’s newest marquee events that is once again ready to make history!

Montmagny, QC — The international showdown for the American-Canadian Tour at Autodrome Montmagny sent teams in droves from both the province of Quebec and the Northeast United States. The CAN-AM 200 attracted thirty-six teams in all, breaking the record for the highest car count at Montmagny in their twenty-seventh season of competition just outside Quebec City.

Barre, VT — After several weeks of rest, recuperation and maintenance on their loyal mounts, the haulers of the American-Canadian Tour faithful point northward for their second journey of the year to La Belle Province of Quebec! Returning to Autodrome Montmagny this Saturday night, the stars and cars of the international American-Canadian Tour will battle for the $10,000 winner’s share of a $55,000 purse in the CAN-AM 200!

Barre, VT — The American-Canadian Tour offices in Barre, Vermont have released the two official entry blanks for the historic Tour’s two biggest and longest point-counting events of the season. The CAN-AM 200 at Autodrome Montmagny on July 20 and the Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 on August 3 both feature purses in excess of $50,000 with each boasting a $10,000 winners share to the victor!

Barre, VT — Following routine maintenance of an ACT-sealed Chevrolet 603 engine during the last week, multiple infractions in said engine were reported to the American-Canadian Tour office in Barre, Vermont. Following research and discussions with the builder, ACT has suspended Lafrance Performance, based in Long Sault, Ontario, from the ACT Approved Engine Builders list for at least one calendar year.

Barre, VT — American-Canadian Tour officials, in conjunction with White Mountain Motorsports Park, have added a special non-point event to the 2024 schedule with the Prelude to the Midsummer Classic 250 on Sunday, July 14 as part of a doubleheader midseason championships weekend at White Mountain. The 75-lap sprint on the North Woodstock highbanks offers a $2,000 winner’s share and all ACT Late Model drivers who take the green will be provisional eligible for a starting spot in the 7th annual Milton CAT Midsummer Classic 250 on Saturday, August 3.
